My services for all ceremonial packages include:
- I would love to have a chat via phone, zoom or you could come to my office to meet me to make sure I am the perfect celebrant for you.
- Once you have decided I am the one … I would ask you to sign a celebrant service agreement and pay a 50% booking fee to secure my service for your wedding date and time. The remaining 50% is paid 1 month prior to your wedding date.
- We will then arrange an initial meeting to discuss your ceremony wishes, listen to your ideas and how we can create a meaningful and unique ceremony together. This meeting can be done via face to face or zoom/Facetime. From this process I will write a personal wedding ceremony specifically for you. After the initial meeting I will email you the first draft of your ceremony.
- At this initial meeting we will also sign the Notice of Intended Marriage which must be completed within 1 month and 18 months of the wedding date. I will also sight your identification documents (passport or birth certificate and drivers license, and divorce/death certificate if either of you have been married prior).
- We can meet again to discuss or correspond as often as you like via email or telephone (the choice is yours) until we have your ceremony exactly to your personal requirements.
- Rehearsal at the venue (venue permitting) or an agreed venue in the day(s) prior to the ceremony, if required.
- A unique ceremony written to suit your vision and instructions.
- Access to my resources (selection of example wedding vows, ring ceremonies, poems, rituals).
- Lots of fresh ideas to include your family or pets in your Wedding Ceremony.
- Preparation and lodgement of all legal documentation with Births, Deaths and Marriages (for weddings).
- A professionally printed certificate.
- A bound copy of your ceremony.
- All related travel within 30kms from my home (Hardwicke Bay) to the ceremony (an additional $1.00 per 1km for travel thereafter).
- A professional quality battery powered PA system with handheld wireless microphone so all guests hear every word.
- I will dress appropriately to ensure that I reflect your dress code.
- An exclusive beautiful deluxe wedding ceremony that is relaxed and lots of fun.
