Wedding Ceremony ($1,000)

Your Wedding Day is one of the most memorable days of your life.

I will help you create a ceremony that is specifically designed for you and will be a reflection of your hopes, dreams and aspirations, individually and as a couple.

Your ‘Couple Story’ will be professionally written and conducted by me in a fabulous, fun, ‘Down to Earth’ style to Wow all your guests.

I will arrange all the legal requirements to ensure the day is relaxed and enjoyable for you.

Included is a personally written ceremony designed especially for you, meetings, ceremony, PA system and all legal documentation,

Your wedding ceremony can be whatever you want it to be. It is your special day and it is all about you.

Extra costs that may be added if you require:

• Rehearsal – extra cost of $250 for a rehearsal prior to the wedding which helps to put your mind at ease
• Travel – travel within 30kms of Hardwicke Bay is included – extra charge of $10 per 10kms will apply
• I can arrange your official BDM Marriage Certificate sent to you via registered post once registered – $80 extra fee

Legals Only (marriage ceremony)   ($600)

‘A no-fuss civil marriage ceremony.’   This style of ceremony suits couples who wish to marry with only two witnesses*.  All you need is one month’s notice, two witnesses……..and  me!’   Legal only ceremony, you may wish to write your own pledges/vows to each other to make it personal.

The legal ceremony can be performed at my home at Hardwicke Bay or Hardwicke Bay foreshore (or a destination of your choice – further travel costs may apply)

Extra costs that may be added if you require:

• Travel costs if not performed at Hardwicke Bay – $10 per 10kms
• I can arrange for witnesses for you if needed
• Your official BDM Marriage Certificate sent to you via registered post once registered – $80 extra fee

Renewal of the Vows  or Commitment Ceremony ($800)

A Love Commitment Ceremony or a Renewal of the Vows Ceremony is a “bonding of love” between two people.  It is not a legally binding ceremony but instead serves to show the couples’ commitment and love to each other and to receive public validation of their relationship from family and friends.  I will create a commitment or renewal of the vows ceremony which encompasses your deep and enduring love and your pledge to each other.

Naming Ceremony ($800)

A naming ceremony is a wonderful way to welcome a new member, of any age, to your family or wider community.  Whether you wish to celebrate the arrival of a new baby or unite foster, adopted or step children within your family, I will work with you to create a memorable ceremony.

My ceremonies are joyous and memorable occasions which will express your sense of pride and your hopes and dreams for the future of your child.

Funeral,  Memorial  or  Scattering of the Ashes   ($800*)

* (except for funerals when payment for my services has been arranged through a Funeral Director)

When it is time to say goodbye to someone you love, your grief and loss can be hard to bear.

As your funeral celebrant, my role is to make the farewell to your loved one a meaningful and comforting occasion.

The funeral, memorial or scattering of ashes ceremony is a time for the celebration of your loved one’s life. It is an expression of what your loved one meant to you and a time to recall precious memories of their life, their loves, their beliefs and achievements, all the reasons why they loved and were loved in return.

It would be my privilege to create a ceremony that is a true reflection of their life, and a tangible record of their accomplishments and their legacy, with dignity, sensitivity and respect.

Pet Funeral  or  Pet Memorial  ($600)

The loss of a much loved pet can be a difficult time for family.  A funeral makes the fact of the loss more real to the grievers, gives family members the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings about the lost pet, and enables everyone to reflect on and acknowledge the important role the animal played in their lives.

A service for a much loved pet can be as small and private or as open and elaborate as you wish.  Planning and participating in a pet funeral or pet memorial service can bring great satisfaction to those who mourn the loss of a cherished companion animal.
